Sarah rang me when she said that she would, to keep me informed about progress regarding delivery of my “new” bike and collection of my previous bike, this sort of service is rare unfortunately these days.. The bike that I purchased ( a Honda Forza 350) was in excellent order, with everything working as I expected.
