Excellent on all fronts - from the first phone call to the delivery of the bike, they were clear, honest and helpful. Communication was superb, with a clear understanding of what I needed, and no hidden surprises, and several helpful suggestions. The bike was described truthfully, and delivery was arranged conveniently for me - in a very tight timeframe. The bike was thoroughly inspected, and a number of minor issues addessed which made it all the better. Really impressed! I would not normally buy a bike without looking at it and test riding it first, but in this case, no hesitation.
